1. Advisory Scope

Garmala Estate provides residential plot sourcing, physical buildability assessments, and project budget feasibility planning. Advisory reports and estimates are provided for planning guidance.

2. Legal & Title Verification Disclaimer

Garmala Estate assists in coordinating document reviews with relevant development authorities (CDA, RDA, LDA, DHA, etc.). Final legal title verification, transfer clearances, and legal due diligence must be completed through official authority channels and/or licensed property attorneys.

3. Construction Cost Estimates

Construction cost calculations provided through Garmala integration are preliminary planning estimates. Actual construction quotations depend on final structural drawings, contractor contracts, and market material price fluctuations.
